Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CaseFuze’s website, software, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Service”). By using CaseFuze, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a law firm, company, or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
1. Use of Service
CaseFuze grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for your firm’s internal legal practice management.
You agree not to resell, redistribute, or use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
2. Account & Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of your firm’s data, case files, client information, and trust account records stored within CaseFuze.
CaseFuze does not claim ownership over content you input or upload.
You may export your data at any time.
3. Payment & Billing
CaseFuze operates on a flat-rate pricing model of $49 per user, per month, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
4. Compliance & Legal Use
You are responsible for ensuring your use of CaseFuze complies with all applicable bar association, IOLTA, and jurisdictional requirements.
CaseFuze is designed to assist with compliance (including three-way reconciliation and audit trails) but does not replace your firm’s legal or ethical obligations.
5. Security
CaseFuze implements industry-standard security practices, including SOC 2 controls, AES-256 encryption, and role-based access.
While CaseFuze prioritizes security, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.
6. Service Availability
CaseFuze strives for 99% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
7. Support
CaseFuze provides onboarding assistance, training, and ongoing customer support.
Support response times may vary depending on the nature of the request.
8. Termination
You may terminate your subscription at any time by providing written notice.
CaseFuze may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CaseFuze is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from the use of the Service.
CaseFuze’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
CaseFuze may update these Terms from time to time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
